Flexible Deployment (Microsoft 365 or AWS GovCloud)

SecureGovAI is not a public SaaS product. It installs and executes within the Government’s boundary — either the Microsoft 365 tenant (Commercial, GCC, or GCC High) or the agency’s AWS GovCloud environment. This provides platform flexibility without introducing external hosting. A Contracting Officer can award with confidence knowing all processing and storage remain in‑boundary.

Data Control & Privacy

Agency data remains in‑tenant. We configure models so prompts and content are not used for training. Optional pre‑processing (redaction/masking) runs before any model call. All actions and outputs can be retained under Microsoft Purview or AWS-native logging for audit, chain‑of‑custody, and Inspector General review.

Assistive, Explainable Workflows

SecureGovAI is designed for human‑in‑the‑loop use. It suggests classifications, summaries, or redactions with rationale where supported, and always allows a government user to review and approve before changes are applied. This reduces backlog while maintaining accountability and auditability.

Cost Efficiency

We leverage licenses and services your agency already owns and favor configuration over custom development. This minimizes new spend, shortens deployment timelines to days or weeks, and reduces reliance on staff‑heavy support models.

Pairs with SecureGovRecords

SecureGovAI layers advanced AI features on top of SecureGovRecords, adding capabilities such as auto‑classification, FOIA/PII redaction, and document summarization. Agencies can start with rules‑based automation (SecureGovRecords) and upgrade to AI when ready — all in‑boundary and human‑reviewed.

Common Federal Use Cases
  • Records Classification: Recommend metadata and retention labels for new SharePoint content or S3‑stored documents.
  • FOIA Aid & Redaction: Suggest responsive documents and highlight sensitive fields for review.
  • Summary & Briefing Prep: Draft summaries of long documents for staff to refine.
  • PII/PHI Detection: Flag potential sensitive data and route to secure handling workflows.
  • ATO/Policy Assistance: Draft control narratives and POA&M suggestions for staff approval.

All outputs are recommendations until a government user reviews and approves. No automated decisions without oversight.

Lifecycle with AI Assistance
1. Ingest — New content lands in SharePoint/Teams or in AWS (e.g., S3). SecureGovAI suggests metadata and initial classification based on document patterns.
2. Classify — Suggested labels/file‑plan fields are presented to staff for approval; rules are explainable and logged.
3. Respond — For FOIA/litigation, SecureGovAI highlights likely responsive content and potential sensitive fields, accelerating review while keeping humans in control.
4. Report — Actions and outcomes are captured for audit, creating a defensible record for oversight and Inspector General review.
Compliance Alignment
  • FedRAMP Inheritance: Runs under your existing authorization boundary — Microsoft 365 (Commercial/GCC/GCC High) or AWS GovCloud.
  • FOIA/NARA: Supports classification, search, and redaction workflows aligned to your file plan.
  • Privacy: PII/PHI controls and optional pre‑processing ensure sensitive data is handled in‑tenant.
  • Records/Audit: All activity can be logged in Microsoft Purview or AWS-native logging for chain‑of‑custody and oversight.
Procurement Paths

Agencies can acquire SecureGovAI quickly using existing small business authorities:

  • 8(a) Sole Source: Direct award up to $4.5M per contract for mission‑critical needs.
  • SDVOSB & VOSB Set‑Asides: Eligible under FAR 19.14 and VA procurement preferences.
  • HUBZone Set‑Asides: Supports agencies seeking to meet HUBZone small business goals.
  • Joint Venture Delivery: Available through JC Technologies JV LLC for larger scale system integration.
Licensing & Renewal

Agencies retain full ownership of their cloud environment and all data. SecureGovAI is licensed software and intellectual property delivered by MTECH for deployment inside Microsoft 365 or AWS GovCloud.

  • Model & workflow updates: We keep AI prompts, detection models, and connectors current with agency policy and platform changes.
  • Technical support: Access to help desk and configuration assistance.
  • Ongoing assurance: Renewal ensures AI-assisted workflows remain compliant and audit‑ready.

If the subscription is not renewed, agency data remains in its environment, but AI automation, updates, and support are discontinued.
